TYPO3 CMS Certified Developer – Get prepared!

Since mid 2016 it is possible to get certified as a developer for TYPO3 CMS. Today Michael Schams published a study guide to prepare yourself for this certification. Read on and get a discount voucher.

The study guide contains 150 questions, which cover all necessary topics. They are a very good preparation for the certification and will help you to pass it successfully.

Exam Topics

The questions are split up into ten sections. They deal with

  • Architecture,
  • TYPO3 internals
  • Fluid
  • TypoScript
  • Security
  • Errors & Validation
  • Caching
  • Repos & Query Manager
  • Documentation and
  • other miscellaneous topics.

For each section there are some (starting at four) to “some more” (up to 34) example questions, which reflect the knowledge required to pass the exam. These aim to give you a good feeling, about which topics and knowledge are needed.

The questions themselves are written in the same style as the exam will be held. It is a multiple choice test where one or more answers may be correct. After the possible answers, these will be discussed and at the end the correct answer is mentioned.
